Christina Park, DDS, MS

Dr. Christina Park is a periodontal specialist Board-Certified by the American Board of Periodontology. She graduated from the University of Alberta College of Dentistry in 1987 and practiced general dentistry for twenty years before returning to the University of Kentucky Graduate Periodontology program, where she earned her Master of Science Degree and Certificate in Periodontology in 2010.

She has a special interest in Esthetic Periodontal Procedures and Implant Surgery. Dr. Park is especially qualified to provide periodontal grafting procedures using Alloderm or CT grafts under IV sedation, utilizing modern tunneling techniques to produce esthetic results.

Dr. Park believes strongly that dental professionals should take the time to involve patients in making informed decisions about their treatment. She has taught at the University of Kentucky as a clinical instructor. It is her sincere hope that you will feel welcome, respected, and well-treated at Fayette Mall Dental.

Dr. Park is a member of the American Board of Periodontology, American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Kentucky Board of Dentistry, Kentucky Dental Association, and Bluegrass Dental Society.

In her spare time, Dr. Park likes to play the piano, tend to her peony and rose garden when in season, and create flower arrangements.

Ward Piepgrass, DDS, MS

He enjoys all aspects of periodontal and implant surgery but has a special interest in the removal of third molars under IV sedation as a preventative measure against periodontal disease. He has provided Intravenous Sedation for his patients’ comfort and safety for the past 30 years.

Dr. Piepgrass is a member of the American Board of Periodontology, American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Kentucky Board of Dentistry, Kentucky Dental Association, and Bluegrass Dental Society.

Richard Stoss, DMD

Dr. Richard Stoss is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry and teaches part-time as an associate clinical instructor at the University of Kentucky in the division of Restorative Dentistry.

He enjoys all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry including porcelain veneers, crowns, bridges, white fillings, and traditional dentures, as well as implant-supported dentures and root canal treatment.

Dr. Stoss is a member of the American Dental Association, Kentucky Board of Dentistry, Kentucky Dental Association, and Bluegrass Dental Society.

Sam Callister, DMD

Dr. Sam Callister is a third-generation dentist who is passionate about providing personalized, patient-centered care. Following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, he developed an appreciation for dentistry at an early age and was drawn to the profession by the opportunity to serve others and build lasting relationships.

Dr. Callister earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Utah Valley University and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. He approaches patient care on an individual basis, recognizing that every patient has unique needs, goals, and concerns. He believes that the foundation of excellent dental care is trust, communication, and genuine relationships.

One of Dr. Callister’s favorite parts of dentistry is getting to know his patients beyond their dental needs. He enjoys hearing their stories, learning about their families, careers, and interests, and helping them feel comfortable and confident throughout their care. His goal is for every patient to feel valued, respected, and well cared for.

Outside the office, Dr. Callister enjoys fitness, golfing, trying new restaurants, and spending time with his wife, their nine month old daughter daughter, and the family dog. He looks forward to becoming part of the community and building lasting relationships with the patients and families of our practice.

Nathan Green, DMD

Nathan Green is a Doctor of Dental Medicine and proud 2026 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. Originally from the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii, he made his way to the Bluegrass State for dental school and never lost his aloha spirit along the way. Nathan has a passion for endodontics and general restorative dentistry, with a commitment to delivering thoughtful, high-quality patient care.

A proud member of the Big Blue Nation, Nathan bleeds blue on game days — though his loyalties also extend to the Utah Jazz, Utah Mammoth, and the Buffalo Bills. When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find him spending time with his wife and their golden retriever, Gusgus, or out logging miles on the road as a self-described “aspiring hobby jogger” who occasionally tackles a marathon or two.

Dr. Stephen Daniels

Dr. Stephen Daniels is a central Kentucky native who graduated with distinction from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry.  

He enjoys all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry with a special interest in restorative dentistry.  In 2009 he received the “Excellence in Restorative Dentistry” award from the faculty at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry for his exceptional skill involving crowns, bridges, and composite fillings.  For many restorative procedures he utilizes modern 3D digital scanning technology to increase patient comfort and achieve precise fitting restorations.  

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Daniels enjoys photography, film studies, and cheering on his daughters’ volleyball teams.
